Our Privacy Policy:

We do not sell customer information for any reason.  We collect names of customers who have asked to be added to our newsletter and want lists.  Customers can opt out of our newsletter by contacting us or by selecting the opt out link on our newsletter. All credit cards are processed by national merchant card services.  To protect our customers we do not retain credit card information. 

Our Return Policy:

We do not accept returns for drums.  If your kit is damaged in shipment or defective you must notify us via phone or email within 48 hours of receipt.  We will work with Ludwig to either repair or exchange your kit.  If you receive damaged snares or cymbals you must notify us via phone or email within 48 hours of receipt.  We will work with you to return, replace or adjust your purchase.  We accept returns on cymbals and snares, customers must notify us via phone or email within 48 hours of receipt.  Products need to be in new condition with all packing material and accessories. Customers are required to pay return shipping and insurance on all snare and cymbal returns.  A refund will not be issued until the return can be inspected.  Custom orders are not returnable !

Our Shipping Policy:

Our standard USA shipping method is UPS ground with insurance.  We offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. We insure all shipments.  International shipping will use USPS insured expedited shipping.  A signature will be required upon delivery for all shipments.

Our Layaway Policy:

A payment of 50% is required for a layaway.  The balance must be paid off within 30 days.  We will not ship until we receive full payment. 

Payment Methods:

We accept Paypal payments, bank wire transfers and credit cards (USA Only).  For credit card orders call our shop at 773-878-8616 Weekdays Noon to 6PM CST or send us an email with the item you are interested in and your desired payment method and we will send you a Paypal invoice or wire transfer instructions.  Your shipping and billing address must be the same!
